Hello, and again welcome to Trinket-Tree! I started this store February 16, 2024 and have officially launched it today! (March 14)
THE GOAL: I started this store because I got tired of other online stores (that shall remain nameless) showing you a product you want and then sending you something else entirely. My dream is to have Trinket-Tree be synonymous with honesty and transparency. I want you all to feel confident in knowing that the product you are looking at, is the exact product you will receive and not some inferior version.
THE PLAN: In order for us to have a truly honest store, we will have to work together. Every day my plan is to continue improving your experience and the store. To fully understand the plan allow me to briefly explain how this works.
First, once I find a product I'd like to have available in my store, I need to find a production company that produces it, and then source it to the store.
My part in our partnership is to find production companies and negotiate with them to try and get the products to you, my team, even cheaper than before.
The second phase of the plan involves you, as core members of my team. Whenever you buy products, after you receive them please let me know if it met your expectations and if the product matches the description. Your feedback and reviews are greatly considered and appreciated.
This way I can remove and blacklist any dishonest production companies and truly have Trinket-Tree be the one stop shop for all where one can confidently buy products knowing that is exactly what they will receive.
TOGETHER we will create the best shopping experience with absolute transparency and honesty.
